  • Nurse home visits

  • Tele-medication consultations

Service availability may vary based on nurse availability and geographic coverage.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed through our website or official contact number.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved gateways.

  • Prices may change depending on service updates or medical requirements.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a service-based business, no refunds are provided once a service has been delivered.

However:

If we are unable to provide the service after payment is made, a full refund will be issued within 6–7 working days.

Cancellations by the customer after booking will not qualify for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical and personal information

  • Ensure safe access to your home for nurse visits

  • Follow the instructions of the healthcare professional

Misconduct, threatening behaviour, or misuse of the service may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Tele-Medication Disclaimer

  • Tele-consultations are not a substitute for emergency treatment.

  • In case of a medical emergency, users must contact local emergency services immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ever Parent Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by unexpected nurse unavailability

  • Misuse of medical advice by the user

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

We ensure reasonable care but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our professional scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Ever Parent Care and may not be copied without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in West Bengal.
